All packages are dispatched from our warehouse in the United States to Mexico, utilizing reliable shipping services such as UPS or DHL.

Do I have to pay extra for international shipping?

You'll need to pay for the shipping cost at the checkout and prior to Mexican customs clearance, you will need to settle any applicable import duties.

How do you deliver it to my address?

Depending on the final destination we ship primarily UPS or DHL. If final destination is not covered by mentioned carriers we use USPS (Estafeta Mexico).

How can I track my order?

You can track the progress of your package at any time using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.

Will my order be delivered on the estimated time?

Most of the time, orders do arrive within the estimated 6 to 10 labor days range, but various factors can affect the actual delivery date.

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, please be aware that customs processing, weather conditions, and logistics may influence the final delivery date.

Customs speed plays a significant role, and during their busiest seasons from mid-September to mid-February, orders might experience a slight delay of a few extra days.
