Q - I've Heard about the Double Cleanse, what is it?

A - It's the two-step cleansing method used to deep clean your skin. The Korean double cleanse involves an oil cleanser followed by a water-based cleanser. You need two different formulas to properly and thoroughly cleanse your face every day, in the morning and at night.

Q - Who can use K-beauty products?

A - Korean skin care works for anyone! It doesn't matter if you are someone who has already used products before or you are a newbie. Give them a try!

 

Q - Are these products for males too?

A - Whatever the outer packaging may look like, the ingredients and the formulas inside are not gender-specific. Nor are they age or ethnicity-specific for that matter. 

 

Q - Why the new products are breaking me out? I'm Worried 😳

A -  There's nothing to worry about! First of all remember skincare is about trial and error and finding what works for you. Every skin is different and react differently.

What's probably happening it's that your skin could be going through a period of ‘purging’, which basically happens when you start using a new product and your skin reacts to that for an adjustment period.

But if break outs o irritation continues, you might be allergic to one or more of the ingredients, in which case you should stop using the product!

 

Q - What is the expiration date of your products?

A - Like most products in the world, skincare also has an expiration date. Once opened, products are good for up to a year. 

 

Q - Are your products authentic?

A - Definitely! Our top priority is to provide highly curated and genuine products for you! We source our products directly from our partner brands in Korea.

 

Q - Are the 10 steps a must follow or could I just do a couple of them?

 A - It is not an obligation! Everyone knows their skin and knows what it needs. You can start including the steps that you consider necessary for you and increase little by little.

Q - Can I make changes to or cancel my order?

A - Once your order is placed, it is not possible to make changes. You can request a cancellation of the order if you wish.

I've entered several times and my order is not moving!?

International transit times can fluctuate due to various factors, including weather conditions, political developments, customs processing, and potential warehouse overstock.

Your order status undergoes changes as it progresses through different stages.

For instance, imagine your order is in transit from the USA to Ecuador, and midway through the journey, a thunderstorm forces the plane to make an unexpected stop in Panama, which will cause the status not updating. Once conditions permit, the journey resumes, and your order status will be promptly updated upon arrival at Ecuadorian customs.

How can I check if my order is actually in Ecuadorian Customs?

We advise utilizing the official website of Ecuadorian customs to monitor the internal processing of your order, use this link.

Select the "Courier" section, then under the documentation type, choose "Identificación." Enter the ID you provided during the order process, click on "Search," and the relevant information will be displayed.

When it comes to international shipping, it's important to stay informed about the whereabouts of your package. If you have a package that is currently in Ecuadorian customs, you can easily track its progress using the provided information. Here's how:

1. Obtain the tracking number: To track your package in Ecuadorian customs, you will need the tracking number which is the identification number provided when the order was placed. Make sure to have this number handy before proceeding.

2. Visit the Ecuadorian customs website: Open your web browser and go to the official website of the Ecuadorian customs authority. A box will appear with "CONSULTA DE TRACKING - COURIER Y CORREO POSTAL"as title and information space to fill out.

3. Fill out the information: On the "CONSULTA DE TRACKING - COURIER Y CORREO POSTAL"box. Go ahead and select "courier" then on "Tipo del Documento" drop down menu select "Cédula" and type the identification number,  Double-check for any typos or errors to ensure accurate results. If everything looks good, write the verification code and hit the search button.

4. Review the tracking details: The system will then retrieve the latest information about your package from the Ecuadorian customs database. Once the tracking process is complete, you will be presented with the tracking details of your package (you'll find it at the bottom of the page) This information may include the current location of your package, the date and time of its arrival in customs, and any updates regarding customs clearance or inspections.
